He has worked in State Education Committee (later Ministry of Education), Ministry of Transport, China Merchants Group, and China Merchants Securities. He founded China Science and Merchants Capital Management Group in 2000, and currently serves as President and Chairman of the Company.

Ms. Veronica Wu is the Co-President of China Science and Merchants Capital Management Group (CSC) overseeing the group’s international business development and operations. Ms. Wu joined the group in April 2015.
Ms. Wu is a seasoned business executive. Most recently, Ms. Wu served as Vice President of Tesla Motors overseeing China Operation. Under Ms. Wu’s leadership, Tesla Motors was able to quickly gain traction in China and delivered thousands of cars in first 7 months.
Before Tesla, Ms. Wu was the General Manager for Education and Enterprise, Greater China for Apple Inc for 8 years. Ms. Wu was instrumental in building this business in Asia from the ground up. She grew the business 20x over her tenure at Apple to nearly USD $1.5 Billion.
Prior to Apple, Ms. Wu was Director of Ecosystem for Motorola Mobile Devices Division. Ms. Wu was also Associate Principle at McKinsey & Company in its Greater China office with focus in High-Tech sector.

Ms. Li Li is Co-President at CSC Group, she oversees CSC’s legal related affairs over overseas investments, M&A and risk management.
Ms. Li was a partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Chief Representative in the firm’s Beijing Office. Prior to Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Li had served as partner and lawyer in many law firms in Wall Street, New York. Her practice area includes global M&A, overseas public offering, US securities laws and regulations, establishment and investment of Private Equity fund.
Ms. Li has over 20 years of experience working with major international law firms in New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. She frequently advises clients on mergers and acquisitions matters, including representing multinationals in direct investments in China and representing Chinese companies in M&A transactions overseas, capital markets, private equity, finance and general corporate matters. In recent years, she has been involved in high-profile outbound M&A transactions involving PRC companies in Europe, the U.S., Africa, Russia and Kazakhstan.

Mr Tom Cole is Executive Vice President of China Science and Merchants Capital Management Group (CSC) focusing on the North America branch of VC business, he is responsible for business model innovation and investment project due diligence.
Tom holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Computer Science from Yale University and MBA from Stanford University. He is a Silicon Valley based venture capitalist and angel investor, startup CEO, entrepreneur, board member, and advisor with a diverse and proven 23-year track record across software, Internet, and e-commerce sectors.
Prior to CSC Group, Tom was CEO at Beau-coup, a privately-held e-commerce startup, where he led the company through strategic M&A process culminating in a successful exit to a private-equity backed national omnichannel retailer.
Before Beau-coup, Tom was General Partner at Trinity Ventures, where he focused on investments in early-stage software, technology and Internet companies.Tom also independently invested in and advised private companies including Piqora, Prosperworks, Optimal, Upstart, etc.
Prior to Trinity Ventures, Tom served as Lead Software Architect at Wells Fargo, Software Architect at Expert Edge and Software Developer at Oracle.
